一下是蜀山静心法的经文：
人道渺渺。仙道茫茫。鬼道乐兮。当人生门。
仙道贵生。鬼道贵终。仙道常自吉。鬼道常自凶。
高上清灵美。悲歌朗太空。唯愿仙道成。不愿人道穷。
北都泉曲府。中有万鬼群。但却遏人算。断绝人命门。
阿人歌洞章。以攝北罗鄷。束诵袄魔精。斩首六鬼锋。
诸天气荡荡。我道日兴隆。
要背起来，如心怦怦乱跳，以打坐方式，束诵以上经文，可静心养气。。。
